Mexico Update.

This trip has been fun.

I've eaten Mexican food daily.
(And the mole in Puebla tasted exactly like La Costena. Winning.)
Seen ancient things.
Made some great friends.
(And most importantly, my twin.)
Slept in 3 hotels/hostels. And another one tomorrow.
Seen two LDS temples.
Met the Pathways kids.
Spoken Spanish.
Hung out with professors.
Done far too little homework.
Etc.

It's so great.

More updates to come soon. Hopefully. :)

Peace&blessings.

Foreign Living.

Being in Mexico, i've realized I've become quite comfortable living in a 3rd world country.

Which is weird.

Seeing the trash piles on the side of the road: doesn't phase me.
Creepy men whistling/staring/gawking at us: completely normal.
Crazy drivers: seems completely safe.
Random languages spoken: I appreciate it.

I love it. I can't wait until I can move back to Jerusalem.

Eventually.

I've realized that this trip is essentially the Jerusalem experience. Minus the living in the JC. But this is 25 days of fieldtrips. Which is almost the same as Jru.

Lovely.

Life is good. :)

T minus 8.

A week from tomorrow,
I fly out of Salt Lake City and onto my next adventure:
Mexico and Belize.

I don't know how much interwebs I'll have while I'm down there so this whole blogging thing might not work. Sadness.

But I'm sure I'll have some great stories to post once I get home.
Especially if this current sickness decides not to leave. :/

Bon voyage!
